Authentication Page: Administrator Sign-In Process

Administrators must use their pre-created accounts to sign in to Nuntio. This guide explains how to sign in and reset your password if necessary.


Step 1: Access the Authentication Page

  1. Open the Nuntio app or website.

  2. You will be directed to the Authentication Page, where you can sign in using your email and password.


Step 2: Signing In

If your account has been pre-created, follow these steps to sign in:

  1. Enter Your Credentials:

    • Email (Username): Enter the email address that was registered as your username.

    • Password: Input the password associated with your account.

  2. Click "Sign In":

    • After entering your email and password, click the Sign In button to access your account.


Step 3: Forgot Password?

If you forget your password, you can easily reset it:

  1. Click on "Forgot Password":

    • On the Sign In page, click the Forgot Password link below the password field.

  2. Enter Your Email (Username):

    • You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your Nuntio administrator account (this is your username).

  3. Receive a Password Reset Email:

    • After submitting your email, you will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

  4. Follow the Instructions:

    • Open the email and follow the provided link to securely reset your password.

    • Create a new password and confirm it, ensuring it meets the required security standards.

  5. Sign In with Your New Password:

    • After resetting your password, return to the Authentication Page and sign in with your updated credentials.


Security Tip:

  • Always use a strong, unique password for your account.

  • Never share your login details, and be sure to log out after each session, especially on shared devices.
